Wiggle Away

The ASOS wiggle dress is a favorite among fashionistas, and I finally got my hands on the art deco print. I am not a fan of the color green, but the dress was heavily discounted, and I decided it was time to add this classic silhouette to my closet.

From church to work, brunch, or even a wedding, this is a versatile style that can be worn anywhere.  The pictures below show how I rocked it to church sometime last month.

Have a fabulous week.

Florals and Balloons

A while back I needed a subject for my photography class assignment, and my girl Ara agreed to be my model. Since it was her birthday she suggested a balloon themed shoot.

It was an extremely sunny and hot day, but Ara was a good sport and the shoot went well. And of course before the end of the session I hijacked her balloons and posed for a few shots. See pictures below.

Flower crown, sand sculptures, ocean waves, fun people, et al

With summer coming to an end, I and some friends/acquaintances decided to have a beach day yesterday. As luck would have it, the temperature drastically reduced from the previous day, and it was chilly and a tad windy. While we didn't frolic around in the water like we had planned to, we had fun stuffing our faces with food, playing games, taking pictures, and checking out sculptures from the just concluded sand sculpture festival.

Despite the cold, it was a great time with fun people and good food-yum!. Hope you all had a fab weekend as well.

How amazing are these sand sculptures!!

That's all folks. Have a fabulous week.
