...because Summer Works in the Winter

A while back, I was having a conversation with a friend and she was wondering if it was okay to wear sun glasses in the winter. The sun is as harmful in the winter months as it is in the summer so it is totally fine to wear sunglasses in the cold, dark dreary months. Asides the protection our eyes get from sunglasses, they serve as a fashion accessory and are a great way to dress up an outfit.
For winter months,I prefer over-sized sunglasses because they protect a big portion of the face from cold winds.I was checking out sunglasses at Focus, an online sunglasses boutique and these are the pairs I fell in love with.

Focus has a selection of Ray Ban sunglasses but I absolutely love this over sized glasses inspired by the legendary, Jackie Onassis.

over-sized Bvlgari sunglasses
Emporio Armani
Aside sunglasses, there are so many ways to rock summer items in the cold, dreary months.Check out some looks I created below.
Pair your favorite summer dress with winter essentials and voila! you have a banging winter outfit

Shake the dust from your summer shorts, add on boots & tights and you are good to go.

That's all folks.Happy hump day.

Wow! That's a cool inspirational post! Winter gets boring after a while. I wanna check out the sunglasses store now. :-) Do they ship to the UK?

I'm loving the shorts and tights trend. I wore the combo to a party once and loved it. I also agree re over-sized sunglasses for more coverage and protection from the sun!
