Yikes!I have been missing in action and you can blame it on too much fun over the weekend.Anyways, couple weeks ago i decided to resurrect the tulle skirt i wore last halloween (see post here.).Without tights, the skirt was too short and i was uncomfortable in it.Thankfully,the wind was on my side and behaved itself.
