I got this dress at a thrift store last summer. I got home, tried it on and hated the big fat stripes.I put it in the laundry and found a place for it at the back of my closet. Fast forward...it's July 2011, i am cleaning out my closet and i find the dress.I grab my scissors, needle & thread and this is what i came up with.

The length of the dress before the cut was fantastic! it had a circle skirt bottom and you cut it off! :-(
However in cutting it off it still looks nice! well done
